NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Saddlehorn Ranch Metropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for domestic water service at a public meeting to be held via teleconference on April 17, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. This meeting is open to the public and can be joined through the directions below:
