NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to § 32-1-1001(2)(a), C.R.S., the Board of Directors for the Saddlehorn Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-3 (the “District”) will consider fixing and/or increasing fees, rates, tolls, penalties or charges for water service at a public meeting to be held on December 9^th, 2022, at 9 A.M., at 731 North Weber, Suite 10 Colorado Springs, CO 80903, via teleconference at https://meet.goto.com/916871669, or by calling +1 (646) 749-3122, passcode: 916-871-669. Any interested member of the public may attend the public meeting.
