Rebecca Harris, President & Chief Executive Officer
Rebecca Harris, holding a tenure with WSDM, brings vast knowledge to the management of our Clients.  Growing up in the industry of Title 32 Special Districts, she provides historical awareness and continued support to the evolving state of Colorado. Rebecca is known for her active and intuitive leadership style; she has expanded the clientele and staff throughout her tenure and officially took on the role of President of WSDM on June 17, 2024. She has committed to continuing the success WSDM has built and creating excellence for all projects, companies, communities, and neighborhoods. Her dedication highlights the company’s commitment to diversity in governance as she continues to routinely monitor staff, communities, clients, and our customers. She holds a College degree in Accounting and Criminal Justice with certifications in Bookkeeping, Community Association Management, and Certified Pool Operator.  She is a Colorado native who loves the beauty of Colorado Springs. Understanding the priority to keep our communities growing and attractive for those who live here and those who visit. Her skills and knowledge make her a valued and resourceful Leader for our clients and residents.

Beth Diana, Operations and District Manager
Beth joined WSDM in 2024 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She has over 6 years of land development experience to include project management, entitlement, design, and commercial and residential development review. Her 12 years of government service encompass city planning, affordable housing, grants, project management, and zoning. Additionally, she serves as a Commissioner on the El Paso County Housing Authority Board. Beth holds a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. When she isn’t working to maintain and build great communities, Beth loves biking, reading, and relaxing with her family in the mountains.

Adam Noel, District Manager
Adam has joined the WSDM team as of 2022, he graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Originally from Nebraska, Adam grew up here in Colorado Springs and has always enjoyed being close to the beautiful Rocky Mountains for camping, fishing, and hiking. He met his wife in 2019, and they have 2 sons with whom they spend their free time. He is a District Manager with the primary responsibility of ensuring all our Districts stay in compliance while providing excellent service to our clients, vendors, and communities. Adam enjoys living in Colorado Springs and is excited to contribute to the continued growth and maintenance of the community.

Amber Hardekopf, Project / District Manager
Amber joined WSDM in May of 2020. Amber is currently taking on the role for all services billing-related, to include receiving payments, processing customer statements, providing excellent customer service, and software data entry and tracking. Amber is a valued asset to the company by providing assistance to the District Managers on miscellaneous projects and managing water companies. Amber loves to spend her spare time outdoors with her family and explore. This quality in Amber and being a Colorado Springs native adds value to WSDM by providing historical knowledge on the community and an enthusiasm to keep the beauty Colorado has to offer by growing and serving the Front Range area.

Danielle Daigle-Chavez, District Manager
Danielle joined WSDM in October of 2024. A Colorado native, she has an extensive background of over 15 years in business management, working as a director and vice president of operations for both corporate and franchised concepts. Eager to be submersed in the world of special districts, she strives to provide the highest quality of customer relations and administration for all of WSDM’s Metro Districts and entities. When she is not working, she enjoys swimming, weightlifting, hiking our beautiful state, and reading non-fiction. She is excited to grow within the WSDM organization.

Linnea Mellinger, District Manager
Linnea joined the WSDM team in 2025 with a degree in Business Administration, emphasizing Management. She brings 16 years of experience in HOA management and also holds her Colorado Realtor’s License. Passionate about both people and property, Linnea is dedicated to delivering excellence in HOA management by working collaboratively with Boards of Directors and homeowners. She values building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community. Outside of work, Linnea enjoys spending time with her husband of 33 years, their two grown children, Nathan and Lauren, and her extended circle of family and friends. She also finds fulfillment in supporting others through life’s challenges.

Susan Gonzales, CPA, CFO
Susan joined WSDM in March of 2021. Susan is responsible for preparing all of the District’s Budgets, Accounting for all District Bonds, and overseeing all District Audits. Susan has 35 years of accounting experience, with 7 years of district accounting. She graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She obtained and has maintained her license as a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years.

Samantha Wahl, Accounting Manager
Samantha Wahl joined WSDM in May 2025 as an Accounting Specialist. She is responsible for overseeing accounts payable and supporting the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations. With years of experience in accounting roles at small businesses, Samantha has built a solid foundation in financial processes. A proud Nebraska native, Samantha was born and raised in Omaha and began her college education at just 16 years old at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Outside of work, she enjoys fly fishing, crocheting, and spending cozy evenings around a bonfire with her boyfriend and their two cats—Gary and Walter—who, despite their names, are very much ladies. Samantha is excited to be part of the WSDM team and looks forward to contributing to its continued growth and success.

Paula Adams, Accounting Manager
Paula joined WSDM in November of 2023, and her primary responsibility is to assist in all accounting relations for our CPA, including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing.  Paula has an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a focus on accounting, as well as a diverse background in business-related positions over the past 20 years.  She is a Wyoming native, as is her husband; however, Paula and her family have lived all over the United States due to her husband’s 20+ year military career.  Paula and Jeremy have three children. Paula is ecstatic to be part of the WSDM team and contribute to preserving the beautiful communities in the Colorado Springs region.

Natalee Bradley, Accounting Manager
Natalee Bradley joined the WSDM team in December 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support. A proud Colorado native, Natalee plays a key role in managing the accounting and bookkeeping functions for the homeowners associations served by WSDM. Outside of the office, Natalee enjoys exploring Colorado’s backcountry trails, spending quality time with her teenage daughter, diving into a good book, and discovering the rich history found in the state’s old cemeteries.

Brenda Juarez, Client Engagement Specialist
Brenda joined WSDM in September 2023. She is the Client Engagement Specialist who provides office support and is committed to serving each client and resident with excellence. She has over 12 years of administrative experience, and she is passionate about keeping our office, clients, and communities we serve up-to-date and providing support to our District and HOA management teams. Brenda is a native of Colorado Springs and enjoys bike riding, riding quads in the mountains, camping, reading, and creative writing. She has been married for 30 years and has two children, ages 26 and 24, and is a graduate from PPCC with an associate in general applied sciences with her paralegal certification.

George Dufresne, Assistant Manager
George Dufresne joined WSDM in October 2024. He moved from Okinawa, Japan, to Colorado Springs in 2023. George is the lead Covenant Administrator for 15 districts across Monument, Colorado Springs, and Fountain. George has 9 years of customer service, communication, and administration experience from his career in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves. George is determined and happy to be a part of the WSDM team.

Madison Hunt, Administrative Professional
Madison joined WSDM in June of 2025. She was born and raised in Alaska and loves camping, evening walks with her dogs, date nights with her husband, and serving in her church. Madison has been married for 2 years, and her husband serves in the US Army as a Chaplin Assistant. She is the Administrative Professional who provides general support to the office and is committed to serving with excellence. Madison has several years of customer service experience and is passionate about providing exceptional service and support to our clients. 

Melonie Courtright, Website Content Coordinator
Melonie Courtright joined WSDM in 2025, bringing with her a rich background in association management and a passion for creativity and technology. She has honed her skills in customer service, website and graphic design, and project management. Known for her patience, empathy, and attention to detail, Melonie ensures that website functionality is seamless and that essential documents are accurately maintained in compliance with Colorado regulations. Melonie volunteered for four years on the CAI Newsletter Committee, contributing to community-focused communication and outreach. Melonie is proud to be part of the WSDM team and is dedicated to supporting Colorado communities through accessible, well-maintained web platforms.
