DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING RELATING TO THE AUTHORIZATION AND ISSUANCE OF INDEBTEDNESS\nSADDLEHORN RANCH METOPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2 IN EL PASO COUNTY\, COLORADO\nNOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Saddlehorn Ranch\nMetropolitan District No. 2 (the “District”)\, in El Paso County\, Colorado\, will hold a special meeting on July 31\,\n2023 at 11:00 A.M.\, at 731 North Weber Street\, Suite 10\, Colorado Springs\, CO 80903\, which such meeting will\nalso be accessible via telephone and video conference via the information provided below:\nPlease join using this link: https://video.cloudoffice.avaya.com/join/427672903\nMeeting ID: 427672903\nTo join audio only via telephone: +1 (213) 463-4500 United States \nNOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT at such meeting the Board intends to make a final determination\nto issue or refund general obligation indebtedness consisting of its General Obligation Limited Tax Bonds\, Series\n2023(3)\, in a maximum principal amount of $11\,000\,000 for the purpose of paying or reimbursing the costs of\npublic improvements for the District\, which amount is subject to increase or decrease as determined by the Board\,\nor as otherwise permitted by any resolution adopted by the Board at such meeting\, and\, in connection therewith\,\nthe Board will consider a resolution: authorizing the issuance of such indebtedness; approving\, ratifying and\nconfirming the execution of certain documents; making determinations and findings as to other matters related to\nsuch financing transaction; authorizing incidental action; and repealing prior inconsistent actions.\nNOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN THAT pursuant to the Supplemental Public Securities Act\, no legal or\nequitable action brought with respect to any legislative acts or proceedings in connection with the authorization\nor issuance of such bonds may be commenced more than thirty days after the authorization of such bonds pursuant\nto the aforementioned resolution.\nThe Board will also take up such other business as may come before the Board. The meeting is open to\nthe public.\nPursuant to the provisions of the Supplemental Public Securities Act\, one or more members of the Board\nmay participate in this meeting and may vote on the foregoing matters through the use of a conference telephone\nor other telecommunications device. There will be at least one person present at the physical location posted on\nthis notice.\nThis notice is given by order of the Board of the District\, and shall be posted on the District’s website\, not\nless than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
