Community Association Management Services


WSDM will facilitate the day-to-day business, general contracts, reserve projects, Board meetings and business, and Covenant enforcement of your Association in accordance with your Governing Documents and state statutes including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Coordination and participation in Board, Membership and Committee meetings
  • Preparation of meeting materials, posting of notices, and drafting of minutes
  • Oversight of general maintenance contracts and amenity services
  • Facility management for private recreational facilities, clubhouses, parks, and pools
  • Development of Requests for Proposal(s) and facilitation of the bidding process for all small and large maintenance needs
  • Facilitation of community social events
  • Insurance policy shopping, coverage review, renewal, payment plan engagement, and monthly payment tracking
  • Insurance claim processing and oversight
  • Record retention in accordance with the Governing Documents and state statute
  • Planning services and financial goal projection
  • Board advisement and best practices
  • Financial services, accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, investment advisement and tracking, budget development, monthly financial reporting, and audit assistance
  • Delinquent account processing, facilitation of delinquency notices, and legal referrals in accordance with the Governing Documents and state statute
  • Implementation and distribution of policy updates and Resolutions of the Board
  • Facilitation of elections and member voting as required
  • Architectural and Development Review Process facilitation, decision notices, and completion tracking
  • Customer service acting as one central point of contact for your membership
  • Issuing all notices, periodic disclosures, and filings in accordance with the Governing Documents and state statute
  • Covenant enforcement with periodic inspections and notices issued in accordance with the Governing Documents and state statute
