The Annual Town Hall Meeting and Special Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 13th at 5:00 PM. Please see the Agenda and Meeting Packet below for more information.

The primary purpose of the Chaparral Pointe Metro District is to finance the construction and maintenance of public improvements for the use and benefit of all anticipated inhabitants and taxpayers of the District. The City Council of Colorado Springs approved the District’s Service Plan on September 11, 2018.  The District is recognized as an independent unit of local government, separate and distinct from the City.

*If you were previously set up on ACH (automatic payments), your banking information did not transfer to the new management. Please go to the following link to complete your new ACH form. *Please note that there was a printing error on your attached monthly statement. In the top right corner, the “billing date” states 9/1/23 when it should state 8/15/23 which is the date that WSDM, LLC took over as new management. We understand the confusion with setting up new payments and late fees will be waived for a short time during the transition

Trash and recycling services are provided by HBS Trash.

Required Notice Pursuant to House Bill 23-1105 – Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force

House Bill 23-1105 created the HOA and Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Forces to examine certain matters in communities that are governed by these entities.  The Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force will review, among other matters, tax levying authority and practices, foreclosure practices, communications with homeowners and governance policies. A requirement of the new law is that we notify you of the creation and existence of the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force prior to its first meeting.  If you have any questions about the Metropolitan District Homeowners’ Rights Task Force, please reach out to the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies or visit their website at
