**3-7-2026: As of 1:14 a.m., Water has been restored. As a precaution, residents are asked to flush their household plumbing by running water from all taps for approximately 5 minutes. This will help clear any air or sediment that may have entered the lines during the outage. Proper precautions were followed during restoration, and our water operator worked in accordance with guidance provided by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to safely bring the system back online. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
**3-6-2026: As of 12.26 p.m., Our water operator is continuing to work on the main line repair despite the current weather conditions and heavy snowfall. He is actively addressing the damage and plans to complete the repair before this evening, with the goal of restoring the water system as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this outage. Updates will be provided immediately if there are any changes to the repair schedule or restoration time.
**3-6-2026: As of 8:11 a.m., Our water operator previously located and repaired a leak in the system; however, during the repair process additional damage was discovered further down the main line. This morning, the operator is replacing a valve as part of the ongoing repair efforts. The water system will remain shut off while this work is being completed. The operator has been in communication with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment regarding the situation and the appropriate steps being taken. Crews are actively working to complete the repairs and restore service as soon as possible. At this time, we do not have a confirmed restoration time but will continue to provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. We appreciate the community’s patience while these necessary repairs are completed.
**3-5-2026: As of 1:49 p.m., Our water operator located and repaired a leak in the system yesterday. However, during the repair process, a ripple effect occurred within the line that caused additional damage further down the main water line. Due to this, the water system will need to be shut down starting now while repairs are made. The outage is expected to last several hours. We understand the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the necessary repairs are completed. We will continue to keep everyone updated as soon as additional information becomes available.
**3-4-2026: As of 2:52 p.m., The initial determination of the possible leak location has been ruled out as the source of the issue. Our water operator is actively continuing the investigation and working to locate the source of the leak within the system. We appreciate your patience and will provide updates as soon as additional information becomes available.
**3-3-2026: As of 11:03 a.m., We are still investigating the water loss that occurred last night and believe there may be a leak within the system. In the meantime, we kindly ask that everyone use water sparingly until further notice. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
**3-2-2026: As of 6:30 p.m., Valley Maintenance is experiencing an active water outage. Our water operator is currently working to identify the cause and restore service as quickly and safely as possible. We will continue to provide updates on this website as information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding while restoration efforts are underway, as our primary focus remains on getting the system back up and running.
