Constitution Heights was established in 2005 and was developed on 126 acres near the Schriever Air Force Base. The District is a single conventional Title 32 Special Metropolitan District. Operations and maintenance include road improvements, water and sewer services, and drainage management.

Terry Schooler, Director – Term to May 2023

Regular meetings are scheduled on the second Monday of every month at 614 N Tejon Street, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, so long as there is business to conduct. The regular meetings may be canceled.
